Returns & Refunds

I want you to love your Plushy Friend. If something doesn’t feel right, that’s okay.

You can return your order within 30 days of delivery for a refund.
The bracelet must be unused and in its original condition.

To start a return, just send an email with your order number, and I’ll help you from there.

Once the return is received and checked, your refund will be processed back to the original payment method.

• Shipping costs are non-refundable

• Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer

• Refunds are processed within a few business days after the return arrives
